I bought this for my daughter but I've been using it more than she has. I get middle-of-the-night anxioussness that wakes me up. I get up and take a intake then and it helps me relax and get back to sleep.
Gave it to my teen since he has trouble sleeping and staying asleep. He went to sleep about 10-15 mins right after taking it and he stayed asleep. So grateful for this brand. I love it !
