I gave this to my teen, and at first, I could not see much of a difference until we ran out—and boy, did that change things. I now can absolutely see that my teen's behavior and overall opinion about food have changed dramatically over the course of his taking the tinctures. I will continue to give this to him.
My daughter is 13 and hassles me to take literally any supplement whether it's a gummy, capsule, powder, or liquid, but thankfully, for some reason, she doesn't mind the Bioray products. I see a difference in her health when she consistently takes the tinctures combined (better mood, improved bowel movements, and less stomach issues).
